We are seeking our next high impact leader. As the Director of Operations, you will be responsible for coaching, mentoring, recruiting and providing training for our sales force and office staff. The ideal candidate is energized at the idea of helping people reach their full potential and receives intrinsic rewards from investing in others.

In this key role, you will be working closely with a top performing agent in helping run the real estate team. Developing and implementing process improvements to reduce operations costs and improve efficiencies as well providing guidance and support for the staff are also important functions. We are looking for a strong leader who is detail oriented, communicates effectively and has an inspirational style.

This individual will receive mentoring and coaching from the best leaders in the real estate industry. They will be exposed to HUGE opportunities and a career that will take them to places they never dreamed.

Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance and support to all support staff
  • Responsible for banking/financials
  • Handle payroll reporting
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors and contractors. Analyze bids
  • Responsible for approving purchases in the absence of the principal broker
  • Maintain business tracker
  • Responsible for interviewing and hiring support staff
  • Review and implement policies and procedures
  • Maintain personnel and company files
  • Maintain company intranet

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to interact with team members, clients and vendors
  • Strong leadership qualities. Ability to supervise, train and motivate staff
  • Experience managing and reducing operational costs
  • Experience negotiating contracts
  • Good understanding of company financials
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
  • Real estate experience preferred but not required
  • College degree preferred
