The Administrative Director oversees the day-to-day operation of our busy real estate office. This role requires competency and confidence in interactions with all levels of employees both internally and externally. This position is the master of systems, consistently seeking new, innovative, and efficient business processes that save time and money. 

Must have the ability to complete projects with minimal supervision along with a high level of attention to detail. Strong customer service skills and strong organizational skills are required. The ideal candidate has experience in managing a large fast paced office environment and can approach this position with strong management and organizational skills, responsibility and commitment. 

We are looking for a team player with a great attitude who enjoys working with people. Must have prior experience as a manager and/or executive assistant in a medium to large organization. A working knowledge of real estate marketing systems and strong technical/IT skills are strongly desired.

Responsibilities

  • Builds, implements, and manages all systems for sellers, buyers, lead generation, tracking, customer service, transaction coordination, internal communication, client communication, financial management, information management, central database management, and marketing. 
  • Is responsible for all financial systems, including maintaining the books, paying the bills, handling payroll, assuring the collection of commissions, maintaining the budget, and generating financial reports. 
  • Be the first point of contact in handling customer inquiries or complaints. 
  • Is responsible for hiring, training, consulting, and holding accountable all additional administrative department members. 
  • Oversee all team marketing and always be looking for opportunities to increase exposure for team/branding to grow market share including but not limited to website maintenance, social media and all other marketing opportunities. Oversee client care systems/programs to grow business through SOI.

Qualifications
  • Real Estate Experience required
  • Must have prior experience as a manager and/or executive assistant in a medium to large organization.
  • Problem solving ability.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Publisher and Internet/website skills.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Great focus and time management skills.
  • College degree and real estate license preferred but not required. Willingness to get a Real Estate license IS required.
Compensation
$50,000+ (approximate base) with performance bonus giving upside earnings to exceed $150,000
