We are searching for a highly innovative and experienced digital marketer who can create thoughtful online lead generation campaigns designed to engage potential clients while building brand awareness and trust. The person will be a part of the True Realty leadership team and play a significant role in selecting and managing technology to enable effective multichannel client communication.
This person should have extensive digital marketing skills and knowledge of ad creation and segmentation, campaign development, results reporting, and strong analytical skills. They should also be kind, thoughtful, and have a real-world understanding of the customer's perception of our marketing.
The selected individual needs to develop a comprehensive marketing strategy for True Realty and its agents focusing on video content. They will develop best practices and systems to impact agent branding positively. Additionally, the Director of Marketing and Technology will train new agents, enabling them to become social influencers within their community.
Ultimately, the role is responsible for building strategies to impact existing and potential customers throughout the residential real estate journey. The person also needs to be comfortable with the accountability of lead generation, ad effectiveness, audience engagement, and conversion.
