The ideal candidate will have a well-developed capacity for coordinating and implementing marketing communication projects with responsibilities in Social Media, Public Relations, Search Marketing, Advertising, Brand Awareness, Database Marketing Management, and Special Events Management.
In addition to marketing, brand, and social media-related work, this position will also share a role in tracking sales data; maintaining collateral and marketing materials inventory; maintaining databases; and preparing reports.

- Oversee all new community launches and develop campaigns and signage to entice potential buyers
- Develop agency team events and then promote on social media channels
- Maintain website and tracking analytics assuring that content is consistently updated
- Monitoring all new prospects and then incorporate them into marketing campaigns to contribute to company growth
- Deliver social media content with a fresh approach and respond to all followers
- Build, implement, and manage all systems for sellers, buyers, lead generation, database management, information management, and back-office support
- Bright, upbeat, energetic and have strong communication skills
- Maintains an open mind to new ideas and suggestions
- Degree in Marketing or equivalent work experience required
- Expert in forward design concepts
- Minimum 2 years of marketing/brand management experience in an agency or Real Estate sales environment
