As the Director of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing creative and successful marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and attract new clients. You will have the chance to shape and steer the marketing team, as well as oversee its operations. Utilize your exceptional communication and analytical skills in order to drive growth and create an innovative marketing framework for the long-term success of the firm. By joining our team, you'll have the opportunity to take ownership of your work and make an impact. The base salary range is from $140,000 to $180,000 yearly.

• You have a wonderful opportunity and responsibility to build a successful marketing team.
• Develop and execute a strategic marketing plan to drive growth and increase brand awareness.
• Lead and manage the marketing team; set goals, create plans, and manage resources.
• Oversee all digital initiatives, including website content, PPC, SEO, and social media.
• Monitor the budget, measure ROI and KPIs, and continuously optimize initiatives for maximum effectiveness.
• Collect, analyze, and report key data on competitors and industry trends in order to inform planning and strategy development.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, or related field with 5+ years of experience in marketing in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing plans, managing budgets, and leading a team.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously.
• Deep understanding of digital marketing, SEO/SEM, content, demand gen, and email marketing best practices.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across teams and functions.
