The Ponytail Team with KW, a top-performing, community-oriented real estate team in Richmond, CA is looking for a detailed, organized support person to expand its operations department and build its marketing division. This small team is seeking a focused self-starter and problem-solver with a commitment to growth, who complements their talented group. This person will help support the operations team and keep things running smoothly. They will help manage and execute the team's marketing plan, including overseeing as well as executing each component of the team's business/social media marketing plan, the listing marketing plans, all lead generation programs/plans, and the systems to track and cultivate leads generated (our customer retention management system- CRM).

The right candidate will have a strong sense of urgency and must enjoy "to-do lists". They work well independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment to support the team and contribute to overall success. They will enjoy using their creativity to come up with out-of-the-box solutions, as well as design marketing materials and social media posts, and plan client events. Compensation:

  • Salary Range: $70,000-$80,000

Responsibilities

  • Project management is a large part of this position. You must love to-do lists and managing projects
  • Manage the administrative side of the Listing Process from Pre-Listing to Contract
  • Handle all marketing involved within the Listing Process
  • Implement and improve all systems for the Listing Process
  • Implement and improve all systems for the Marketing of the listings
  • Client Care – make each client feel like they are the only client we have – solve problems, provide service, exceed expectations
  • Work closely with agents. Handle all admin tasks to ensure agents’ focus is only on income-generating activities
  • Maintain database
  • Plan and execute all client appreciation items and events
  • Create and maintain an operations manual/websites/videos 
  • Obtain client reviews and referrals using a program created and maintained by you
  • Ensure compliance with standards and regulations
  • Manage the brand and full marketing plan and all of its components
  • Be the admin of all sales and marketing technology and systems
  • Administer the CRM system
  • Train new agents and employees on all relevant technology
  • Develop, implement, and execute a new social media plan

Qualifications

This person should have the Knowledge/Skills /Traits:

  • Experience with Google Suite is a must
  • Social Media target campaigns marketing /google ad marketing are bonus
  • E-Newsletter Marketing Email Campaigns
  • Some Graphic Design skill is plus
  • Marketing skills- creation of brochures and websites
  • Creation of marketing funnels

  • Real estate license is not required but is a plus

Compensation
$70,000 - $80,000
