This position provides the marketing planning, training, maintenance, execution, and vision necessary to ensure that the company has the proper marketing systems, templates, content calendars, agent tools/guides, and analytics/data in place to effectively grow the organization. The position accomplishes this through a respectful, constructive, and energetic style, guided by the objectives of the company.

The Marketing Director also helps maintain relationships with the company's clients, vendors, and team members and performs other ad hoc projects as requested. This role has high visibility amongst the team and owners of the company.

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain a marketing calendar
  • Design marketing materials
  • Produce Graphic using products like Canva
  • Maintain cohesive Branding across all platforms – products and documents (internal and external)
  • Maintain Websites – Update new agents' bios and photos, remove/Add Agents as necessary
  • Research New marketing opportunities
  • Maintain all Open House material
  • Oversee video and video editing for all team members
  • Track all conversations on Social Sites
  • Discover new marketing channels
  • Develop, track, and measure retargeting programs
  • Report to Team Leaders weekly on ROI
  • Oversee Blog and post daily on social sites
  • Produce Monthly newsletter and source material/content for the email and snail mail to pc/soi
  • Oversee All Listing Marketing: Photo Shoots, Mailers, Videos, Drone, Advertising
  • Arrange all flyers and marketing materials
  • Manage all Geo Farm mailings – Design, print
  • Facebook, Google, Instagram & YouTube Ads – create, run and analyze
  • Consistently check all online profiles – Zillow, Realtor.com, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, Realty.com, and other referral sites
  • Manage all social profiles/platforms: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, et al.
  • Design social posts, thumbnails, print materials, flyers, slides, etc. (Canva, Adobe, et al.)
  • Upload/publish all social posts (videos, photos, captions, optimizations, etc.)
  • Maintain cross-platform brand continuity (fonts, colors, photos, naming conventions, URLs, usernames, etc.)
  • Maintain website (blog entries, featured content, links, etc.)
  • Manage/collect online reviews (Google My Business, Zillow, Yelp, et al)
  • Develop/maintain Listing/Buyer presentations/packets
  • Produce/distribute weekly email newsletter, Manage list accuracy
  • Oversee cross-platform analytics (Google, Facebook, et al.) 
  • Construct/publish social and search digital advertisements (audience targeting/retargeting, PPC, etc.)
  • Manage direct/private messages
  • Manage lead routing and syndication (CRM, LMS, etc.) with IT
  • Coordinate/complete postcard/mailer distribution
  • Monitor online reputation/effectiveness (Google Alerts, SenderScore, domain authority, Facebook/Google account reprimands, etc.)
  • Manage all digital profiles/pages (third-party search portals, agent directories, online profiles, etc.)
  • Promote/manage open houses (virtual, private, and public-facing)
  • Promote/manage events (client parties, community events, sponsorships, etc.)
  • Oversee all video content (pre-production, production, and post productions)
  • Recruiting materials/packages

Qualifications

  • Experience in content creation, marketing activity management, creative writing, advertising concepts, or directly related field
  • Ability to comprehend and interpret competitor strategies and consumer behavior and immediately convert to our marketing action plan
  • Advanced knowledge of content creation, management, and scheduling systems
  • Ability to simplify complex information into a user-friendly format, including data or reports
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Photoshop, Canvapro, and WordPress a plus
  • Ability to quickly learn the Real Estate industry
  • Creative mind with superb written and verbal communication skills
  • Live in, or willing to relocate to, Hilton Head Island/Bluffton area

Compensation
$60,000 - $70,000 yearly
