Job description- Marketing Director

Summary/Objective

The Marketing Director is a member of our Marketing team, providing in-house strategic digital marketing support and overall marketing support. The candidate will be responsible for researching, developing, and implementing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms. Responsibilities include Web maintenance & optimization, social media management, content creation, and coordinating office & community engagements.

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, with a desire to learn and grow, strong communication skills, and a focus on data and analytics. We are looking for a candidate with experience in various formats of digital media planning including Google AdWords, Bing, Yahoo, Facebook, and Twitter advertising. The ability to think creatively and be outgoing and engaging with Lawyers, doctors, and vendors to coordinate events. The ideal candidate should have an engaging and outgoing personality.

Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for our grassroots creative and outreach. This includes, but is not limited to, our e-blast messaging to clients, relationship building in the community, brand building, and overall social media maintenance. Candidates will be required on occasion to travel locally within the city for events.

• Working with CMO to implement Search Engine Marketing campaigns
• Work towards ROI maximization providing measurable ROI to the firm
• Identify KPIs and monitor and present reports regularly
• Discover competitive gaps, and provide recommendations to improve
• Monitor paid search campaigns on Google, Facebook, and other digital ad networks and provide analysis/recommendations
• Monitor industry news, trends, and shifts to align with evolving Search Engine Marketing strategies
• Find strategic partners in the community
• Maintain social media for the firm
• Ensure outstanding client experience. Record and capture testimonials and get reviews
• Develop new grassroots strategies for community outreach and support.
• Seek out ad secure high-profile events, strategic partners, and grassroots support
• Event planning. Organize, plan and see events to successful completion

Reputation Management:

• Respond daily to GMB reviews
• Send monthly surveys to current clients
• Manage legal and other directories
• Obtaining and managing reviews from our review manager dashboard. Any negative reviews get addressed

Social Media:

• Graphics for social media
• Create monthly content calendars
• Schedule social media posts
• Respond daily to messages and comments on social media
• Engage on social media platforms
• Monitor and post to Disparti's Ambassador Facebook page
• Monitor and post to Disparti's LinkedIn and Twitter accounts
• Edit videos for social media

Marketing:
Send out staff anniversary and birthday emails daily
Graphics for promotional/print/ads etc.
Monitor all LSA accounts weekly. Listen to calls that come in, monitor missed calls, mark all leads that made it to Captorra, and check reviews that come in for the week. Send weekly recaps to the LSA team. 
Order/inventory of promo/print items per Larry/staffs request
Plan, organize, and execute Disparti events.
Create and send monthly eBlasts to staff, current clients, favorable former clients, ambassadors, and prospects
Create and send monthly birthday eBlasts with favorable clients and ambassadors
Manage Disparti Scholarships 
Addressing client feedback as eBlasts are returned
Power Point Videos

Attorneys:

• Add/edit attorneys to the website
• Fill out/sign up for awards

Required Education and Qualifications

• Proficient in Social Media platforms, with engaging a variety of audiences
• Ability to analyze data and provide evidence-based recommendations
• Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
• Team player
• Excellent communication/interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Experience with common keyword research tools
• BS/BA degree desired
• Great personality to build community/referral relationships
• Can do attitude with a desire to succeed
