We are looking for a community leader who is open to travel to meet clients throughout the United States, mainly the Midwest, and host many networking and educational events to bring our industries together. We hope to find a high-energy person who loves taking others hunting and fishing. We would like to host skeet and trap events for networking and would like this person to be passionate about this opportunity. Someone with a background in construction, agriculture, or similar would be a great cultural fit for this role. SEO and digital marketing, although relevant, are not our focus for this role. The Client base loves direct mail. We want this person to find out what else the client base loves through surveys, client interviews, and hosting in-person events for current and prospective clients.

We live by systems. Individual contributors do not tend to be as successful in our structure because we love scaling teams - fast. Someone who has read or listened to E-Myth and gets energized by the ideas in the book is someone who will more likely than not be a good fit for this role. We are in a high growth phase and want to invest in controlled experiments in addition to the marketing techniques we know will work. If you want a relaxed and passive approach to this role, this job is not for you. We want someone who is constantly executing both systematically and through controlled experimentation. Ideas are great but we are looking for consistent execution that delivers objective results.

Austin, South Austin, Driftwood, Dripping Springs, and Buda are the areas we'd like to focus on community outreach locally. There are targeted towns in Iowa, Nebraska, and South Dakota we would also like to host client events on a regular basis.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading an effective marketing strategy to propel company growth. You will work cross-functionally to understand marketing needs, act as a company brand ambassador to external sources, and drive revenue growth through successful marketing campaigns.
