We are a busy and successful real estate team in Brooklyn. We are seeking a highly motivated technology oriented person.

We require a forward thinker who takes initiative and thinks outside of the box. He/she must be capable of proposing and implementing organizational ideas and creating systems with minimal guidance.

Responsibilities

Our ideal candidate is:

  • A strong communicator in person, on the phone and in writing.
  • Learning based, open-minded, deadline driven, deeply committed to quality in everything he/she does, someone who follows through, someone who can handle confidential and difficult situations with discretion and poise.
  • Manage the day to day operations of the office and multiple real estate transactions from contract to close.
  • Client services support. 
  • Create and maintain data on MLS, consumer websites and social media. 
  • Implement and follow work flow systems.
  • Manage drip marketing campaigns and other lead tracking strategies.
  • Database entry/CRM management.
  • Basic accounting management calendar and schedule management reporting.
  • Possible off-site errands so our ideal candidate will also have a driver's license and their own mode of transportation.

  • Flexible, can handle interruptions
  • Very tech savvy (social media and marketing)!!!
  • Includes but not limited to: Design Tools, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Canva, and VSCO
  • Software and Script; CRM, SEO, CSS, HTML, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, PowerPoint, and Publisher
  • Social Media Proficiencies; Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Hootsuite, Google+, WordPress, Wix, Dribble, and Klout

Compensation
$30,000 - $35,000 + bonus
