We are looking for that driven person who knows how to analyze leads from first call through first appointment to closing escrow. We are looking for a person who can implement programs that raise our lead conversion rates across the board.

You can creatively solve problems and you are solutions - and goal-oriented person. A definite people-person, you will work with the inside sales team plus management and ops to increase both the number and quality of leads for the team.

You will interface with marketing and work alongside them to creatively increase the efficiency of existing lead campaigns and generate new ideas/campaigns. You can think big enough to create systems and manipulate databases and campaigns, while still maintaining the attention to detail that ensures these systems work and the databases and campaigns are effective.

You are comfortable with both marketing and prospecting systems. You are a natural leader who empowers others, but you strongly focus on results, accountability, and increasing efficiency.

This job not only comes with benefits, 401K, vacation, and sick time but will have a commission schedule beyond base pay, determined by growth and percentages met, over and above a certain threshold.

Responsibilities

  • Creates standards and develops metrics to hold others accountable
  • Creates and manages lead generation training for the entire system - from start to finish
  • Collaborates with Marketing plus the Agents, and the Admin team to generate new ideas and leads and put programs into place
  • Manages the inside sales department and helps coordinate our various platforms and systems to best utilize them to our advantage
  • ULTIMATE GOAL: Develop and implement systems to reach our goal of increasing conversion rates on all lead sources

We want you to look at our ROI, decide where it makes the most sense to focus our energies and where you think you can get the best ROI for the monies we are spending

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • High school graduate
  • Real Estate license
  • Business and growth mindset
  • Customer-service oriented
  • Motivated and extroverted personality would be helpful

Experience with Sisu, Wufoo, CINC (Commissions INC), Zillow backend, Redfin/Trulia, Homebot and other RE-focused systems highly recommended. Experience with heavy database management and/or other systems would definitely be considered.
