Our luxury real estate company in DFW is seeking a Director of Lead Generation to manage the CRM platform and oversee the lead generation process. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing sales pipelines, cold calling, and managing a team of inside sales agents.

They will be responsible for ensuring sales agents are meeting key indicators and standards, following up with leads promptly, and managing the lead flow across various sources.

Salary + Bonus Structure $45K up to $150K With Bonus

In-person role, must be local to the DFW area.

Responsibilities

The Director of Lead Generation will have the following responsibilities:

  • Manage the CRM Platform (BoomTown): The Director of Lead Generation will be responsible for managing the company's CRM platform, BoomTown. They will oversee the input of data and ensure that the system is being used effectively by the sales team.
  • Ensure Sales Agents are Meeting Key Indicators and Standards: The Director of Lead Generation will be responsible for ensuring that sales agents are meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) and standards set by the company. They will monitor sales activity and provide feedback to agents to improve their performance.
  • Follow-Up with Leads: The Director of Lead Generation will ensure that each lead is followed up with promptly and that a follow-up plan is in place. They will work closely with the sales team to ensure that leads are being nurtured and moved through the sales pipeline.
  • Manage, Hire, and Train an Inside Sales Team: The Director of Lead Generation will be responsible for managing an inside sales team. They will recruit and train new agents and provide ongoing training to existing agents. They will also monitor the performance of the team and provide feedback to improve their performance.
  • Experience Cold Calling and Managing Sales Pipelines Helpful: The ideal candidate will have experience in cold calling and managing sales pipelines. They will be able to provide guidance to the sales team on how to effectively manage leads and move them through the sales process.
  • Manage Incoming and Leads through Various Sources: The Director of Lead Generation will be responsible for managing incoming leads through various sources, including the company website, social media, and other marketing channels. They will calculate the return on investment (ROI) of each lead source and use this information to optimize lead flow.
  • Opportunity Development: researching new opportunities for lead generating, organization and execution of new lead ideas, and overseeing the ROI and/or cost-cutting lead sources will be an important duty of this role.
  • Team Support: This director will assist Operations in the planning and securing of role play and scripting materials for team practice as well as organizing other lead-generating support and practice for the team agents.
  • Work in Tandem With Operations: This role requires direct communication and collaboration with the Operations Director to ensure the efficiency of team processes and systems.

Qualifications
  • Basic computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in lead generation or sales management
  • Extensive knowledge of CRM platforms and lead-generation techniques
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Experience managing a team of inside sales agents
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Substantial knowledge of technology and software, including the skill to train others.

Compensation
$45,000 - $150,000
