Are you looking for a job with freedom and flexibility with amazing potential? We’re hiring a dynamic Director of Lead Generation to lead our team to success. You’ll be responsible for sourcing and setting up the best lead generation systems and executing a lead generation plan for our real estate teams. Setting objectives, identifying sales targets, and evaluating the team’s performance to help us achieve our sales goals. **This position is remote to Southern Ontario! Occasionally must come into the office for staff meetings and or trainings**

Responsibilities
  • Keep the company growing by identifying new sales opportunities, emerging markets, and lead generation programs
  • Counsel your sales team members, evaluate their performance, and offer suggestions for improvement
  • Determine our sales strategies and sales objectives to hit our sales goals
  • Present sales reports to the team that accurately represent sales efforts including sales progress and volume to more accurately forecast future goals

  • Designing a lead generation plan
  • Executing on lead generation plan
  • Increasing volume of quality leads to the Freedom Rep Teams
  • Managing and organizing the lead flow in our CRM system
  • Meeting with teams bi-weekly to discuss what systems are working and what are not
  • Implementing new lead generation systems if needed, while staying within budgets given
  • Meeting with ISA/OSA staff weekly is discuss/teach lead generation systems too

Qualifications
  • Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in business or a similar field
  • Strong analytical skills, communication skills, and leadership skills
  • Displays a proven track record of sales success

  • Display a proven track record of lead generation success
  • 3-5 years of experience in a sales management, lead generation or operations role
  • Real Estate lead generation is a strong assist
  • Real Estate office experience an asset
  • Must have advanced computer skills: Microsoft Office, Publisher, Google Drive or Mac equivalent
  • CRM-based knowledge an asset
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills

Compensation
$60,000 yearly
