As the Director of Inside Sales, you will be responsible for interviewing, hiring, leading, managing, and developing a team of virtual sales individuals!

This position is instrumental in the growth and success of our business, so we will be providing you with all the tools and support to perform at your best!

In this role, you will oversee a team of high-energy representatives that acquire and sell residential investment real estate 100% over the phone. Training will take place over Slack and zoom. Candidates are coachable, willing to implement a proven sales system/process, and have a “whatever it takes” attitude. They lead from the front and take ownership of the team’s results, regardless of the outcome.

The ideal candidate is confident in their ability and understands that the leader’s role is to serve the team. They have a proven sales record and have at least 5+ years of Sales Management experience, preferably in a call center environment. Responsibilities

  • Protect and maintain the Company culture – a fun, high-energy, and positive environment
  • Ensure the acquisitions sales team is responding to leads in a timely manner to drive the business forward
  • Monitor lead flow process to ensure “no lead gets left behind”
  • Oversee marketing of all properties and ensure the Dispositions team is adhering to property sales timelines
  • Increasing overall sales of our team
  • Screening, interviewing, and hiring top candidates for the Sales positions as they relate to our Core Values
  • Implement our proven training program to ensure sales performance.
  • Help new and existing sales reps develop their sales skills, set personal sales goals, and create plans to achieve those goals
  • Listening to sales calls and coach reps to success
  • Engage in roleplaying with the team
  • Monitor answer rates for all live transfers to the sales team
  • Review contracts for compliance
  • Oversee Transaction's team to ensure contracts are closed in a timely manner
  • Assist in the expansion of new markets

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Sales Management experience required
  • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written
  • Willingness and ability to learn company tools, systems, and technologies
  • Grit, determination, and a great team player
  • Passionate sales leader that is not afraid to lead from the front when required
  • Organized, resourceful, detail-oriented, with a positive focus on team and culture
  • Has the ability to recognize patterns in sales data for ongoing tweaking and performance of the sales team
  • Forward-thinking, proactive, dynamic, and performs well under pressure
  • Possesses an undeniable desire for growth
  • Willingness to submit to a background check and provide references
