The director of inside sales is a key leadership role within the organization. As the leader of our inside sales team, you will interact with the inside sales agents, real estate agents, and consumers on a daily basis. You will be coaching and mentoring the reps, actively listening to both inbound and outbound calls, and tracking KPIs to ensure that the department is meeting goals. The director of inside sales will work alongside the CEO and the Director of Sales to create new initiatives and better policies, procedures, and systems used to achieve a high level of success. The director of inside sales will enjoy A/B testing different scripts, text campaigns and enjoy looking for opportunities within our very large database. You will work collaboratively with our marketing department to create campaigns and track results. The director of inside sales will conduct weekly 1-on-1 meetings with all reps and be personally invested in the professional development of each rep. You will lead company-wide training and be an integral part of the office culture.
No real estate experience is required, but strong B2C sales experience will be helpful. You should also enjoy continually learning and staying ahead of constantly changing industry happenings. There will be the potential for 1-2 business trips each year to conferences or other offices doing similar things for learning opportunities. This is a fast-paced environment that will keep you on your toes. The average inbound call volume is approx 1500 calls/month.
