We’re looking for a highly driven, organized, and personable human resources manager to play an important role on our team. You’ll be responsible for the business administration, coordination, and enforcement of our human resources plans and procedures including recruiting, onboarding, training, performance management, and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities
  • Oversee human resources programs including employee training, benefits, compensation, and company evaluation
  • Act as the bridge between employees and managers and offer advice on key issues such as equal employment opportunity and sexual harassment
  • Meet with departing employees for exit interviews and receive feedback on our current systems for improvement
  • Optimize and enforce personnel policies and procedures
  • Narrow down the talent pool to highly-qualified candidates, interview the shortlist, and onboard and train new hires
  • Review and advise on organizational policies, decision-making, and strategic planning for business administration and the annual budget
  • Process and maintain internal documents, paperwork, records, and reports

Recruiting

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, HR management or related major
  • 3-5 years of experience as an HR manager, upper-level HR generalist or in a senior position in HR management
  • Certified with the SHRM or a similar certification institute
  • Excellent leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills
