Have you been a full-time real estate agent for at least three years that would like to escape the grind? The Dave Friedman Team is growing and we are looking for a Director of Growth to join our team. This is a salaried leadership position and you can continue to work your book of business while taking advantage of all of our leverage and support to do so! The right candidate for this opportunity is someone who is ready to elevate into a leadership role with a highly successful real estate team. As the Director of Growth, your primary goals will be finding and placing talent while helping agents grow their businesses and build their careers through training & support. If you have a passion for helping others reach their potential, this role may be right for you! Experience training sales agents, leading others, and recruiting are all pluses but not required. 

Compensation: $40,000 - $100,000 annually based on performance (+commissions)

• Experience training sales agents, leading others, growing a team and recruiting are all pluses but not required. 
• South Carolina Real Estate License required
• 3+ years real estate sales experience
