Mainframe Real Estate is seeking a highly motivated and goal-oriented Director of Growth. This new full-time position is for a person who will research and analyze markets and execute a tenacious sales strategy to attract top real estate agents to Mainframe in target markets across Florida. 

The compensation for this position is primarily commission based on the possibility of a draw commission for the first year. The commission structure includes the potential for a significant six-figure income, plus residual income.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee market research, market sizing, and initial outreach in new markets.
  • Stay ahead of real estate industry and technology trends, recruiting trends, and best practices. 
  • Build relationships with industry influencers who can assist in or expedite growth in target markets.
  • Source prospective agents using a variety of search methods to build a robust pipeline.
  • Perform due diligence by researching prospective agents. 
  • Make initial communication with prospective agents to build a relationship and try to establish an interview.
  • Interview all prospective agents that may join the company.
  • Build a strategic model for growth that can be replicated at scale in the long-term.
  • Support and motivate real estate agents already in the company who are collaborating with attracting agents.
  • Constantly maintaining relationships through phone, email, in-person, and hand-written communication after the initial communication.
  • Report to COO with weekly reporting and updates.

Qualifications

  • Must live in Florida and able to travel the state on occasion.
  • Strong track record in sales, including prospecting, conversion, and closing. 
  • Not bound to a typical 9-5 schedule and willing to work when opportunities present themselves. 
  • Above-average comprehension of technology and learning new technology systems as an end-user.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
