The Director of Growth/Assistant Team Leader is a full time, leadership opportunity. The ideal candidate seeks to grow and assume a Team Leader/CEO position of a large real estate firm of 350+ associates. The Assistant Team Leader is a partner with the Team Leader, and serves in a vital role in the growth of the Firm (Market Center). The Assistant Team Leader's primary responsibility is the recruiting, business consulting and coaching of new to the business agents, and agents with a few years of experience. Additionally, the Assistant Team Leader assists in performing one on one business consults with an identified group in the top 20% of agents in the Firm. 

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a robust CRM and internal and external communication touch system.
  • Hold 20 + business consultations externally with agents not currently with the firm.
  • Hold 20+ internal business consultations internally with current real estate partners.
  • Host monthly Career Presentations.
  • Serve as a member of the Firm's Leadership team.
  • Teach growth and wealth building (profit share) classes internally.

Qualifications

  • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
  • Sales and/or recruiting experience
  • Track record of success in leadership or managerial role

Compensation
$60,000 - $70,000
