The Director of Growth/Assistant Team Leader is a full time, leadership opportunity. The ideal candidate seeks to grow and assume a Team Leader/CEO position of a large real estate firm of 350+ associates. The Assistant Team Leader is a partner with the Team Leader, and serves in a vital role in the growth of the Firm (Market Center). The Assistant Team Leader's primary responsibility is the recruiting, business consulting and coaching of new to the business agents, and agents with a few years of experience. Additionally, the Assistant Team Leader assists in performing one on one business consults with an identified group in the top 20% of agents in the Firm.
