We are searching for our next Director of Growth and Expansion to help our team grow! This is a full-time position for an energetic, enthusiastic, outgoing individual. Compensation:

  • Salary Range: $75,000-$100,000
  • Bonus potential

Responsibilities

The Director of Growth is in charge of agent growth which will include the following duties, but is not limited to:

  • Responsible for creating, maintaining, improving, and overseeing the systems and processes to effectively recruit
  • Interview, hire, train, and onboard any and all new agents
  • Achieve Recruiting Metrics targets
  • Oversee the onboarding and ongoing training programs for existing sales associates (new and experienced) in the key areas of business
  • Set yearly, quarterly, monthly, weekly, and daily goals. Hold all Agents accountable to their goals
  • One-on-one accountability meetings weekly with Agents
  • Lead daily sales standup meetings, script practice, and lead-generation sessions
  • Schedule and conduct weekly sales meetings, coaching calls, 411’s, etc.
  • Oversees the agent team and the ISA department (salaried employees will be meeting with DOO; training will be done with the agent group)
  • In charge of growing GCI
  • Work with the DOO to assign open houses weekly
  • Keep records of sales associates’ productivity making sure it is on the standard
  • Work with salespeople to improve performance, PIP if needed, and terminate unsatisfactory performers
  • Develop a company-wide training program for 1st 100 days and oversee and work with the ISA department and marketing to determine the best lead-generation sources
  •  Plan and lead Business Planning Clinic
  • Assist with contributing to/ leading 2x Team Retreats
  • Attend training to stay fresh/up-to-date: FR/MC/CV/Listing Clinic/Masterminds
  • Report on sales activities to top mgmt/Meet with Josh weekly on where the team is

Qualifications

  • RECRUITING knowledge is a PLUS (any industry is acceptable)
  • Real Estate Industry Experience
  • TRAINING people to their highest potential
  • Proven track record in sales, ready to take your next step in leadership in Real Estate

Compensation
$75,000 - $100,000
