Our esteemed and newly renovated hotel is looking for a passionate food and beverage manager! You’ll ensure each guest receives the best service by managing all aspects of our food and beverage department from Breakfast, to Happy Hour, Restaurant & Bar, including helping mentor our incredible staff. - Manage all aspects of the hotel’s food and beverage department including budget, menu development, staff oversight, schedule, and customer service
- Work with our culinary team to create new menus with the correct pricing structure
- Supervise current food and beverage staff to ensure high-performance standards and hire and train new staff
- Handle the flow of product, supplies, and labor costs
- Write and implement departmental operation schedules
- High school diploma or equivalent, associate degree in hospitality management preferred
- 3+ years in food and beverage management or supervision
- Food handling license
- Experience with hospitality customer relationship management systems preferred
- Firm understanding of the national healthy safety regulations
We are a newly renovated hotel in a high occupancy market. The management team has been intact at the hotel, and we really are looking forward to having a special person join our team.
