The Food & Beverage Director will be responsible for the operational and financial performance of the Food & Beverage Division. The primary functions are to ensure client satisfaction in all of the F&B departments. The Food & Beverage Director will maintain and manage the highest standards of products and services while maximizing profitability through cost and labor control.

• The ideal candidate has a minimum of three years of experience as a Director of Food & Beverage.
• A college degree is preferred.
• Experience with menu design and food and beverage payroll controls is required.
• The ability to deal with internal and external customers in a diplomatic, constructive, and professional manner is required.
