Keller Williams Realty in Santa Monica, California is looking for a Director of First Impressions. This is a busy, successful office with a lot of moving parts. We are looking for a bubbly, friendly, outgoing and energetic front desk assistant to act as the first point-of-contact for our clients and customers. You possess a strong desire to help your team and serve their clients. This candidate is a self-starter who is willing to take charge and is someone who requires minimal supervision.

Salary: $16 - $20 per hour depending on experience

  • Manage the day-to-day front office operations including but not limited to communication management, ensuring front door is opened in the morning and securely locked in the evening, managing the company phone log, shopping for company team meetings, ensuring the office is fully stocked, managing the up-keeping of bathrooms, kitchen, reception and all areas of the office so that they are kept presentable and in neat condition
  • Collect timesheets and follow timesheet tracking procedures
  • Attend and contribute to weekly team meetings
  • Set up appointments
  • Review team meeting agendas
  • Act as the “Gatekeeper” and warmly greet all vendors, office visitors, and guests. Keep Principals informed regarding challenges and issues that need to be handled but otherwise keep them free from distraction


  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • You are detail-oriented and are able to juggle multiple projects efficiently all while singing a happy tune
  • You will take on your job duties with a sense of ownership, confidentiality, commitment, honesty, loyalty, and integrity
  • Strong front desk and administrative skill set (manage busy phone lines, calendar management, vendor coordination, customer service, etc.)
  • Strong computer and tech skills
  • Advanced customer service skills
  • Knowledge of MS Word, Excel
  • Willing and able to embrace new technology and master it
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills 
  • Organized and detail oriented 
  • College degree strongly preferred

$16 - $20 per hour Depending on Experience
