This is a seasonal position for 2-4 months. As the Director of First Impressions, your position is very important. Duties range from A-Z and can vary greatly from day to day. In addition to making the office look perfect, this job includes running errands to assist both the vacation rental and real estate departments.
We are looking for someone who considers no job too small and is able to work every Sunday.
- Keep the office clean so every guest's First Impression is positive. Includes, cleaning fingerprints off glass, dusting, vacuuming, watering flowers, and more.
- Prepare check-in supplies for guests by filling bags with information and flyers, blowing up beach balls, and displaying frisbees for giveaways.
- Filing keys, paperwork, and more.
- Running errands like getting mail, sending out packages, and getting copies of keys, and supplies for rental homes.
- Greeting guests, answering phones and questions about the town.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Must have a driver's license
- Can-do attitude even for the small or boring tasks
- Organized and good time manager
- Ability to work all summer
- Must work Sundays
