We're searching for a diligent Administrative Assistant (Director of First Impressions) to provide administrative support. You’ll be responsible for responding to all complaints and questions in a friendly and timely manner, implementing office standards to streamline our processes, scheduling appointments, and company trips, ordering office equipment, and marketing our brand through community events and print and digital mediums. Responsibilities
  • Increase productivity by creating record-keeping procedures for customer data filing systems
  • Plan office events and schedule arrangements for travel if necessary
  • Purchase office equipment when appropriate
  • Assist with social media content
  • Birthday and anniversary announcements in our Facebook Group
  • Attend daily huddles with leadership team
  • Promote events and training sessions
Qualifications
  • Enjoys talking with customers and can communicate through verbal and written channels
  • High school diploma or GED required, some college experience preferred
  • Customer service experience in our industry is preferred
  • History of being deadline-driven and extremely organized
  • Technologically savvy; basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel programs and filing systems with the ability to learn new programs quickly and troubleshoot common issues
Compensation
$15.50 - $16 hourly
