• We're seeking a Director of Finance who can effectively lead financial planning and accounting practices, offer valuable construction industry expertise to the business, and strategically drive initiatives such as acquisitions, due diligence, continuous improvement, and best practices. This candidate would be an ideal fit for the role

• Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years of real estate/construction-specific industry accounting experience
• 4-year Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting is preferred
• Extensive financial experience in the role of CFO, Controller, or a similar role at a real estate/construction firm
• To be adaptable with ambiguity and change.
• To be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
