The Expansion Director oversees the growth of Capstone’s expansion and adapts Hub systems for the Expansion Businesses.
We are seeking a top sales performer who can identify new expansion locations, recruit talented potential Expansion Partners, identify the need to add new Regions and helps to find needed Regional Partners.
We need someone who will maintain a common, consistent culture across Expansion Businesses and Regions while ensuring a high level of accountability and a focus on growth for all Expansion Partners.
The Expansion Director will build relationships with local Market Center leadership, serves as conduit between the Expansion Businesses and the Hub, and manage any other members of the expansion support team.
