What we will expect of you:
The Director of Disability Services will supervise and support a team in delivering an interactive, engaging, and person-centered education, enrichment, and career program. This position allows you the opportunity to make a lasting impact on people with intellectual and developmental disabilities by working with an amazing team to provide exceptional services to an individual’s journey in achieving personal milestones. The Director of Disability Services has tremendous room for development, especially with our ever-expanding organizational needs.
Director of Disability Services Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a Human Services or related field, an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience which provides the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities to meet the minimum requirements, will be considered.
- At least two years of supervisory experience.
- At least one year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Must possess and maintain a current Florida Driver’s License and state minimum requirements for auto insurance.
