Responsibilities

  • Run and manage the sales/intake department of a high-volume law firm
  • Hire, fire, and manage the sales/intake department
  • Run weekly meeting departmental meetings
  • Collect sales data and present a strategic plan to the CEO
  • Handle new intake calls, schedule appointments, and oversee the transition from the intake department to our legal team

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of managerial experience
  • Sales department development experience
  • Systems and process creation experience
  • High proficiency in software and automation
  • Be a mature adult who is tough and holds themselves accountable
  • Someone who strives for greatness

Compensation
$70,000 - $100,000 yearly
