We've sold more than 5,000 homes over the past 22 years. Our growing team is looking for a talented, energetic person to fill the Director of Client Experiences position!

Are you an intelligent, self starter, hardworking, diligent, fun, tech savvy person who loves real estate, organizing events, creative marketing, making people's lives easier if so, you will fit right in with the Schauble team.


  • Creating amazing experiences for our clients.
  • Making our clients lives easier.
  • Executing the systems we already have to do these things.
  • Coming up with new and better ways to do them.
  • Read all inbound emails, scan for important items.
  • Manage calendar and appointments.

While the executive assistant tasks are less glamorous, it will be a great way to learn all aspects of running a real estate brokerage...and more importantly we really need your help!


You won't need to be able to write code for a computer program, however you should feel comfortable using different web-based platforms.

Our whole business is driven by modern technology.

So, if the "on switch" to a computer is scary, if "Google drive" sounds like some place for a road trip, or if you just really don't like people very much...then you may not enjoy this position.

$14 - $15 hourly
