We’re a highly-regarded company in our area looking for a motivated, organized house cleaner to join our team. We have a variety of cleaning needs as we manage and clean two local AirBnB homes, clean rental homes between tenants, and clean new construction homes upon their completion. Cleaning duties will vary week to week depending on the needs we have. Most commonly, turning over AirBnBs will include changing bed sheets, vacuuming and mopping, restocking toiletries, washing and ironing linens, and other general tasks. The position will be for 20-30 hours per week, with the possibility of moving to full time as workload increases. Responsibilities

  • Clean new construction homes after construction work is complete, including but not limited to cleaning windows, preparing new appliances (removing all tape, etc), scrubbing tubs and toilets from construction debris, general overall cleaning, leaving home sparkling clean for potential renters or homebuyers.
  • Manage laundry and supplies for AirBnB homes, preparing the home between new guests by following our cleaning checklist and schedule.
  • Planning time each week to accommodate various cleaning needs at different locations.
  • Cleaning between tenants in rental properties. Ensuring the homes are "move-in" ready for new tenants.

Qualifications
  • Over 1 year as a professional housekeeper strongly desired
  • Good understanding of cleaning techniques and products
  • Possesses a strong work ethic with exemplary organizational, time management, and communication skills

  • Valid Drivers License

Compensation
$12 - $15 hourly
