The Director of Career Development is a top producer and a recognized leader with high integrity and a track record of business success. The Director of Career Development works collaboratively as part of the leadership team. Their primary responsibility is to increase the productivity of new and experienced associates. They are responsible for developing and driving attendance to training, education, and coaching.  They will consult with associates to uncover their goals and coach them on the actions necessary to achieve those goals.

The Director of Career Development should be highly skilled in acquiring business, managing relationships, holding others accountable through impactful coaching and guidance, and celebrating success through others. They view learning as the foundation of their action plan. They are authentic leaders.

Responsibilities

  • Coach associates on the activities that will lead them to meet their goals
  • Train and coach associates on client service, implementing KW models, overcoming objections, eliminating roadblocks, lead generation, lead conversion, and leveraging their business
  • Lead Agent Mentors and Certified Real Estate Consultant Program for new agents 
  • Partner with Leadership team and Career Development Committee to develop a monthly calendar
  • Source instructors, organize and lead classes, seminars, and courses 
  • Lead Tech Trainer to coach and train associates on leveraging Command for business success

Qualifications
  • Proven organizational and planning ability
  • High achieving, ambitious, and results-oriented
  • Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbal

  • Preferably have at least one year of sales management, coaching or training experience
  • Ability to learn and master new technology
  • Must have extensive real estate industry experience

Compensation
$150,000
