A Director of Operations will use strong leadership and problem-solving skills to assist with the daily operation and advancement of the Team.

  • P&L responsibility
  • Systematize the Business
  • Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and implement them for all areas of the business
  • Streamline and enhance communication
  • Lead the Office, Support, and Administrative Teammates
  • Work in partnership with the Director of Growth to drive top-line revenue by hiring, onboarding, and coaching top sales positions
  • Contribute to and set the tone for the team culture


  • Fully versed in business financials (can explain a P&L, a balance sheet, can set budgets, etc.)
  • Prior experience in an executive role building processes and with financial responsibility
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills
  • Technology- and social media-savvy
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Proven knowledge of performance evaluation metrics in a business setting
  • First-class people skills

$70,000 - $90,000 + major bonus potential
