Responsibilities

  • Manage a pipeline of existing qualified prospects while developing new business opportunities for REVA
  • Conduct virtual sales presentations with pre-qualified prospects
  • Take a leading role in developing new business proposals and presentations to create and nurture new business opportunities and partnerships
  • Travel nationwide and attend conferences, identifying key players and cultivating new client and partner relationships
  • Develop and implement outbound business development strategy, sales processes, and opportunities for improvement
  • Maintain relationships with existing portfolio of closed business and present opportunities for additional partner growth
  • Analyze current market data and establish competitive advantages
  • Track metrics to ensure targets are hit on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree highly preferred. Masters is a plus
  • 3-7 years of experience in a professional setting, preferably with evidence of prior success in sales
  • Experience selling hiring/recruiting, prop-tech software, or prior real estate experience preferred but not mandatory, if you can sell - APPLY
  • Competitive drive with a collaborative approach. You aspire to be the best and inspire those around you to the same standard. You challenge yourself by setting goals, crushing them, and helping your teammates do the same

This candidate will be trusted to jump right in, take the lead and help provide industry-leading hiring solutions to some of the largest real estate companies in the industry. This role offers the opportunity for consistent earnings potential, the opportunity to lead a team, and identify new strategic opportunities to further the REVA Global brand. The Business Development Executive will work with small to medium-sized business owners with revenue targets from $1 million - $75 million revenue per annum.
