Compensation is negotiable and commensurate with experience. We offer base pay plus commission and incentives for performance.


  • Identifying and engaging qualified new business opportunities for our diverse portfolio of advertising agency clients
  • Cultivate relationships with corporate marketers, secure meetings and new business leads for our clients
  • You must be able to conduct a minimum set quota of daily outbound prospecting and lead generation activities using our proven sales process to engage with targeted prospects. This includes one-to-one emails and outreach phone calls, among other activities
  • While a robust database will be provided, the ability to mine new contacts is also important
  • Maintain a fully equipped home office
  • Your performance is measured based on outbound activity and the number of meetings generated


  • A minimum of 5-8 years in inside sales/new business development
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in marketing, communications, or a related discipline)
  • Competency or background in sales for Media/New Media/Digital
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills MS Word Suite proficiency in and experience working with CRM tools and sales databases (e.g.,
  • Possess a fearless and persistent “hunter” mentality
  • Ability to negotiate with a wide range of personalities in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to review and synergize documents quickly, maintain accurate documentation, and produce error-free work under deadlines
  • Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and professional
  • Demonstrate strong follow-through and the ability to see tasks through to completion
  • Takes initiative to improve efficiency, get ahead of potential problems, and uncover new opportunities
