The Director of Operations is a key role in the growth of a successful real estate team. This role is the master of systems, consistently seeking new, innovative, and efficient business processes that save the business time and money. As a key leader on our team, this role increases the ability of our team to focus on their areas of expertise- and what they do best. This person relishes the opportunity to build, implement, and manage multiple systems, and is often viewed as the expert on efficiency and systems. This person exhibits a drive to use systems as a strategic tool for creating an advantage for the organization.

The Director of Operations is deeply committed to supporting the growth of the team and the collective success, and to developing into a supportive leader within the organization. As the success of the business grows, this individual will be responsible for hiring, training, and leading additional department members to ensure all administrative & sales tasks of the lead agent’s business continue to be completed to high standards with maximum efficiency. 

Responsibilities

What will you do?

  • Build, implement, and manage all systems and processes for the team 
  • Oversee database management
  • Support the Marketing team in creating a Marketing calendar, content creation, social media, direct mailers, agent-specific marketing, and brand buildings
  • System development, implementation, documentation, and management 
  • Customer/Vendor relations 
  • Client care and nurture via phone calls, emails, text messages
  • Cost analysis of purchases and purchases for Client Gifts and Moments Campaigns, and events

  • Experience with Mailchimp, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other social media platforms

Compensation
$70,000 - $75,000 yearly
