The Director of Broker Experience will assist the Vice President of Strategy and Operations with agent intake and exit processes and be seen as the go-to person for all the agents within the Market Center. The Director of Broker Experience will be the primary contact for all associates joining the Market Center and assist them in their first 30-60-90 day onboarding plan. This person should be a self-starter that is comfortable taking charge with little to no supervision. The Director of Broker Experience must be able to move with a sense of urgency to ensure they take care of their broker’s needs in a timely manner. This individual moves quickly with a high degree of precision.
