The Director of Broker Experience must be able to handle a wide range of responsibilities. The right person for this position will be friendly and outgoing. They will have a strong desire to help others succeed as well as be passionate about serving others. This individual is systematized and thorough in their work. The Director of Broker Experience will assist the Vice President of Strategy and Operations with agent intake and exit processes and be seen as the go-to person for all the agents within the Market Center. The Director of Broker Experience will be the primary contact for all associates joining the Market Center and assist them in their first 30-60-90 day onboarding plan. This person should be a self-starter that is comfortable taking charge with little to no supervision. The Director of Broker Experience must be able to move with a sense of urgency to ensure they take care of their broker’s needs in a timely manner. This individual moves quickly with a high degree of precision.

Responsibilities

  • Organization. It is imperative to have a high degree of organization and spatial awareness in order to follow our system and stay ahead and on top of agent count and their personal information at all times
  • Work closely with Compliance on licensing
  • Send weekly email to staff and ALC announcing all new agents, including who hired them, their bio, and their contact info for team to reach out and welcome
  • Follow intake process and checklist for all incoming and exiting agents
  • Assist with all Market Center events, not limited to RED Day, training events, food drives, BOLD lunch coordination, weekly setup when in Market Center, and many other activities throughout the year
  • Assist in connecting brokers to our resources – daily
  • Morning huddle and Agent Pipeline is your ONE Thing – daily
  • Help with the intake/ transition process, transferring license, keeping close contact to brokers during 90-day onboarding process, etc. – weekly 
  • Help with both executing and initiating systems to ensure consistent, timely, and accurate information is being communicated to agents of all levels
