Management Responsibilities  

  • Leadership and oversight of Agent Service Coordinators
  • Provide weekly guidance and accountability for those supervised

Primary Objectives What are the major objectives or outcomes to be accomplished by the person in this job?

  • Agent on-boarding
  • Creation, implementation and/or oversight of weekly and monthly systems and processes in the market center
  • Provide technology support to agents and staff
  • Oversight of support for Market Center trainers
  • Implement company agent intake systems
  • Provide leadership through setting the company culture in line with the company’s and KWRI’s mission, vision, values belief and perspective
  • Maintain positive community relations
  • Training in the market center as agreed by the TL and MCA

Regular Work Activities What are the activities in this job?

  • Administration
  • Support Team Leader in recruitment efforts (confirm appointments, follow up with prospects)
  • Oversight of front desk (coverage for lunch, breaks, etc.)
  • Administer new agent intake system
  • Phone extension and long distance code set up
  • Voicemail set up
  • Basic system trouble shooting
  • Ensure maintenance inventory of new agent & sign up packets
  • Office key inventory
  • Work space preparation for entering agents
  • Adding new agents to billing system
  • Agent and Technology Support
  • Collaborate with Director of Innovation and Tech on agent needs
  • Wireless network access 
  • Support command training in collaboration with Director of Tech
  • Oversight of front entrance slideshow and content
  • Maintain up to date vendor resource list
  • Assist with IDX paperwork
  • Statistical Maintenance
  • Pull quarterly market share statistics 
  • Compile quarterly market share & trending reports
  • Monthly Top 10 Report
  • Prepare Monthly Awards Powerpoint

  • Sales Associates – Support, train, develop careers (daily)
  • MCA – To coordinate efforts as well as for accountability using the 4-1-1 (daily -weekly)
  • Leadership Team (TL, MCA, TS, ASC, Broker) –To coordinate efforts and implementation of the company vision and goals. (weekly)
  • Director of Technology – support, train, collaborate (daily)
