The Director of Agent Services is an operationally-focused leader with high integrity and a track record of business success. Through a team of coordinators and leveraging third-party resources, the Director of Agent Services supports our sales agents by offering a variety of value-added services, including branding, marketing, transaction coordination, and client concierge . They are skilled in business, marketing and administration.

Responsibilities

  • The Director of Agent Services will identify opportunities for agent services, consult with the leadership team on the business opportunity in engaging with such services and implement and measure the success and engagement of those services. 
  • They are hands-on in helping sales agents implement those services in their businesses and ensuring agent satisfaction.
  • The Director of Agent Services should be highly skilled in managing relationships, and scaling service and support quickly.
  • They view customer service as the foundation of their action plan.
  • They are authentic, servant-leaders. 

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of real estate industry experience
  • Four-year college degree
  • Bright, upbeat, energetic, and fast-paced
  • Diplomatic and tactful
  • Strategic thinker, able to organize ideas
  • Easily communicates solutions to others
  • Good with quick problem-solving solutions
  • Quick to pick up and understand new ideas and concepts
  • Prefers order and certainty
