The Director of Administration and Finance entails the following:

Billing tasks

  • Handle all bill payments and accounts payable/receivable operations
  • Order supplies
  • Calendar management
  • Events
  • Birthdays/anniversaries
  • Team directory
  • Office environment
  • Ensure all offices are running smooth and all expectations are being followed and met
  • Ensure that all systems are operating and being used correct – DOS, ADT, Printer, etc.
  • Update Agent board
  • Team meeting slides
  • Garbage/trash removal

Agent tasks

  • On-boarding - Ensure all agents are being on-boarded correctly according to plan and all new hire paperwork is properly filled out
  • Orientation
  • Removals
  • Ensure all employees are performing at a high level and being coached accordingly
  • Compliance/paperwork/agent files
  • Billing agents
  • Handles incoming commissions and check distribution

Reporting/Management tasks

  • MLS tasks
  • Review agent appointments and sales statistics, and work with the Director of Sales to coach up any agents falling behind
  • Discussions with the Broker Owner to review company statistics and action plans
  • Listings, written, taken, in contract updates (work with Director of Transactions & Virtual Operations on sending a weekly contract report)
  • Oversee the marketing feedback and works with the Broker Owner to devise strategies to build the brand
  • Oversee the Director of Transactions and Virtual Operations in making sure our online presence is up to date and syncing on all appropriate websites
  • Classes/workshops - run certain workshops on the rotating schedule and oversee that the workshop program is running efficiently
  • Recruitment email campaign with Director of Agent Concierge and Marketing

Compensation
$12 per hour
