We are currently hiring a motivated, driven and passionate Director of Administrative Operations. The Director of Operations is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating the operations of the HRG Hub. This position needs a leader with a passion for delivering customer service and client care at the highest level. The Director of Operations will be responsible for improving performance, productivity, efficiency, and profitability through the implementation of effective systems, processes, and strategies and motivation of staff to create a work environment that no one would ever want to leave.
The Director of Operations for the Administrative Division will be excited and empowered by numbers and statistics. They will enjoy the power of numerical conversations and implement strategic business plans based on data and customer surveys. They will be responsible for the fiscal health of the division and will have experience creating, managing and driving a strong and efficient budget. The right candidate for this position will constantly seek to use customer satisfaction surveys, analytical data and financial information to propel the Administrative Division to the best customer service ratings, while simultaneously driving the division to a high-profit margin.
The Director of Operations will work closely with the leadership team to develop and execute plans for hiring, increased efficiency, five-star customer service, and profitability. The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of the real estate industry, have a passion for customer service, and desire to create a real estate customer service empire.
