We are currently hiring a motivated, driven and passionate Director of Administrative Operations. The Director of Operations is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating all operations. This position needs a leader with a passion for delivering customer service and client care at the highest level. The Director of Operations will be responsible for improving performance, productivity, efficiency, and profitability through the implementation of effective systems, processes, and strategies and motivation of staff to create a work environment that no one would ever want to leave.

The Director of Operations for the Administrative Division will be excited and empowered by numbers and statistics. They will enjoy the power of numerical conversations and implement strategic business plans based on data and customer surveys. They will be responsible for the fiscal health of the division and will have experience creating, managing and driving a strong and efficient budget. The right candidate for this position will constantly seek to use customer satisfaction surveys, analytical data and financial information to propel the Administrative Division to the best customer service ratings, while simultaneously driving the division to a high-profit margin.

The Director of Operations will work closely with the leadership team to develop and execute plans for hiring, increased efficiency, five-star customer service, and profitability. The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of the real estate industry, have a passion for customer service, and desire to create a real estate customer service empire. We want an empire builder!

This position is perfect for those individuals who are learning-based and growth-minded, willing to face challenges head on, and are comfortable with doing whatever it takes to get the job done. You must be able to juggle multiple projects, work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure the organization is profitable and maintains a surplus by overseeing the successful implementation and management of all applicable financial systems, organization and infrastructure, human resources, and technology
  • Develop and execute plans for overall growth and expansion of the administrative hub
  • System development, implementation, and management for all departments
  • Performance tracking management (business indicators, financials, etc.) for all departments
  • Human resources management

Qualifications
  • Real Estate Experience is Required
  • Ability to effectively communicate both written and orally
  • Display excellent leadership skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work well independently - desire for extreme ownership
  • Self motivated
  • Able to set priorities, plan and organize tasks and complete tasks on time
  • Demonstrate problem assessment and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational and follow-through, ownership and accountability
  • Ability to learn new processes and procedures

Compensation
$40,000 - $50,000
