New York Life Insurance Company is seeking seasoned financial service industry professionals to join our management team. Currently, we are interviewing strong leadership-oriented individuals with a desire to help others succeed within our General Offices.

As a New York Life Partner, your responsibilities include the successful recruiting AND development of a team of salespeople. Unlike other firms in the industry, New York Life Field Managers do not have personal production requirements. Their primary focus is on recruiting, developing and mentoring a team of financial professionals. New York Life Partners enjoy:

Partner Requirements:

  • Life and Health License
  • FINRA SIE, Series 6 or 7
  • Experience in the Financial Services industry
  • Sales experience
  • Sales team recruiting and management experience
  • College Degree Preferred but Not Required:
  • Life Insurance industry experience
  • Business ownership or proven entrepreneurship
  • Knowledge of cultural markets

Responsibilities
  • Select, hire, and grow your financial professionals team as an associate partner
  • Become an associate partner on the management team after successfully completing all program requirements
  • Help clients reach their financial goals using a hands-on approach to developing customized, long-term strategies that meet their needs
  • Join our intensive, six-month Associate Partner Training Program to further your business acumen and expertise while working toward a management position
  • Employ a comprehensive array of financial products and services including life insurance, fixed and variable annuities, and mutual funds when presenting clients with solutions
Qualifications
  • Must have financial services industry and/or insurance industry experience
  • Cultural markets knowledge preferred but not required
  • Multilingual professionals with Spanish, Portuguese, or other language proficiency is a bonus
  • Goal-oriented, highly motivated, and seeking a rewarding and challenging career
  • Some sales experience needed
Compensation
$60,000 - $100,000 yearly
