The Spoon & Cellar is looking for a bilingual, professional Dining Room Manager to be responsible for the day-to-day shifts of the food and beverage operations and for delivering a stellar guest experience. Our ideal and successful candidate will be able to plan and manage all beverage orders, FOH staff, and closing financial procedures. The goal is to maximize sales and revenue through customer satisfaction and employee engagement.

Responsibilities
  • Manage all food and beverage and day-to-day operations.
  • Execute excellent levels of internal and external customer service.
  • Evaluate and regularly report on guest satisfaction and advise on improvements.
  • Identify customers' needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns.
  • Engage in two-way communication while nurturing an ownership environment and emphasis on motivation and teamwork.
  • Ensure you are complying with all health and safety regulations.
  • Regularly report to management sales results and productivity.
Qualifications
  • F&B Supervisor experience.
  • Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS).
  • Phenomenal problem-solving skills.
  • Excel in delegating multiple tasks.
  • Communication and leadership experience.
  • Up to date with F&B trends and best practices.
  • Guest-oriented and service-minded.
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish is a must.
Compensation
$18 per hour
