We’re looking for a Digital Project Manager to join their team for a long-term freelance opportunity.

The assignment is ongoing for the next 3+ months, 30-40 hours per week. All work can be done remotely.


  • Review contracts for clients based on input from pre-Sales team
  • Create program timelines/schedules using Wrike online platform
  • Ensuring campaigns are on brief and on budget per the KPIs and contract details
  • Client-facing role requires holistic outlook, team player attitude, ability to juggle multiple needs, and customer service point of view
  • Requires becoming very familiar with webcast platform and production requirements
  • Forecasting custom deliverables weekly, with rigorous accuracy and an eye to balancing the realistic/conservative with the aggressive
  • Manage webcast campaigns from start to finish, from contract review to final launch.
  • Manage vendors and their expenses
  • Programs can have many moving parts and multiple internal and external clients and team members. Highly evolved organizational and people skills are a must!
  • Lead client and internal communications and calls; see programs holistically and anticipate issues
  • Proactivity is essential, both for issue resolution and seeing new opportunities


  • 3-5 years’ experience working in an agency or publishing environment with clients, preferably with webcast program management or production experience
  • Ability to own process and drive program forward
  • Highly in tune people and organizational skills
  • Ability to learn new platforms, products and systems quickly and efficiently
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Word is required, any program management platforms including Salesforce and FileMaker are a plus, but can train

$15 - $18 hourly
