What type of initiatives will you get to lead? 

After learning a series of best practices inside and out, you’ll fully understand how each concept works and confidently be able to coach clients through these concepts as they need them. You will:

  • Determine which concept or solution your clients need to get them from point A to point B in the most effective and efficient way
  • Develop and nurture relationships with clients and support them in succeeding with technology
  • Sharpen your skills on a continual basis by learning new technologies and processes developed by you and the team
  • Provide interactive and engaging training to clients - teaching them approaches and solutions in a way they can easily understand and apply
  • Utilize your strong written communication skills to communicate with clients and team members
  • Meet with clients regularly on video calls and exercise your strong verbal and interpersonal skills
  • Support and contribute to projects and initiatives that will help the company reach its goals
  • Contribute to future innovation to further improve existing systems and processes

Qualifications

Requirements: 

  • Two years of exceptional training, teaching, coaching, or support experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organization skills with keen attention to detail
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, and the ability to learn, implement and teach new technologies quickly

Compensation & Work Expectations:

The company offers a competitive salary, bonuses, and benefits including PTO, 401K, and health insurance.

This is a remote position consisting of a 40-hour work week. The schedule is flexible but must occur Monday - Friday between the hours of 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM ET.
