We are seeking a Manager of Growth Marketing to leverage both their creative and analytical skillsets to improve conversion rate across all digital surfaces: website, landing pages, and our intake forms. Reporting into our CIO, this role will partner closely with Madison’s technology and sales teams to drive new customer growth through various marketing tactics. You will own the development and execution of a comprehensive marketing strategy; leading all aspects of the marketing mix across Growth and Brand, Paid and Organic.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sustainable growth (balancing paid & organic, new & repeat)
  • Amplify our brand story to build mindshare with our audience 
  • Lead our customer strategy; deeply know who our customer is and what motivates them, ensure the entire company is aligned around and inspired by our customer
  • Build a quality customer base focused on growing customer engagement and loyalty; engage consumers across all categories and life stages to drive this up with customer retention as a key focus after we transact
  • Be responsible for designing, deploying, and optimizing our digital marketing efforts across multiple channels with a focus and expertise in social
  • Lead the continued development and assessment of processes to provide a cohesive customer journey within our new product launch
  • Lead the development of UX build-out for new marketing launch
  • Develop and track KPIs to identify continuous improvement opportunities
  • Collaborate with partners across different departments to build a seamless and universal experience for B2C and B2B partners during their sales pitch
  • Incorporate inputs from data/insights, stakeholder, and management feedback into a growth strategy roadmap while effectively negotiating tradeoffs of conflicting priorities based on value to the business and customer
  • Provide valuable input based on experience and advanced knowledge of functional and business acumen. Apply knowledge in interactions with strategic stakeholders.
  • Bring a growth mindset to all projects, and work through ambiguity with an ability to drive projects and workstreams to completion
  • Lead and Support in the day-to-day process management and vendor management
  • Lead and support in the ongoing review and distillation of competitive learnings
  • Lead and support the development of creative briefs and related inspirational content
  • Demonstrate an interest in the understanding mortgage and growing marketing knowledge and practices
  • Develop a quarterly testing roadmap to increase conversion rates across Madison’s assets online
  • Oversee landing page strategy, improving performance by customizing experiences based on audience and channel
  • Leverage data & user research insights to generate hypotheses, design experiments to test those hypotheses, and analyze results
  • Help inform the tech team’s roadmap decisions regarding intake
  • Partner with data & analytics teams to create dashboards that track performance and drop off across audiences and customer journeys

Qualifications

  • Understanding of customer segmentation and management techniques, as well as the business and products supported and the regulations impacting them.
  • Ability to plan and execute projects independently
  • Strong emphasis on digital across Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Twitter, YouTube
  • Excellent knowledge of creating and testing Copy that wins
  • Quick iterator, with the ability to pivot strategy based on data
  • Ability to collaborate with internal teams to deliver on shared goals
  • Has worked in digital marketing and growth for 3+ years
  • Mortgage/Finance lead generation is very nice to have but not required
  • MUST have driven high-intent leads from multiple sources into a CRM
  • Solid eye for design, detail, and creative 
  • Experience in omnichannel, not just social, very nice to have
  • Has managed a budget
