Our Digital Marketing Manager will help us increase brand awareness and educate our target demographics on how our core services can help them, leading to increased company revenue.  

The purpose of this position is to help the company communicate the value we bring to our clients and the community through passionately communicating how we can help our target demographics. This position is responsible for developing and implementing our online marketing strategy. 


Digital Marketing Manager Responsibilities

Some of the below responsibilities may be on hold during COVID-19; we are constantly pivoting and adapting and looking for someone with the same mindset.

DIGITAL MARKETING (60% of the time)
Social Media

  • Promote brand on social media channels to increase brand awareness, educate our client's target market on all 3 of our core services, drive traffic, and generate leads
  • Manage Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, Houzz, etc. Utilize Hootsuite to schedule social media
  • Come up with creative marketing ideas for the video, blog/vlog, social media, create and maintain our blog/vlog and newsletter to build our credibility and attract our target audience

Content Marketing

  • Create copy for social media, website, and marketing materials
  • Manage our marketing materials - create new graphic design materials using Canva or Adobe PhotoshopMaintain a directory and inventory of sales support materials, ensuring all resources are current and accurate, and coordinate the creation of new materials as needed
  • Follow Elite Austin branding guidelines
  • Work closely with the design department to implement proper designer lingo and gather content

Video and Photo Marketing

  • Take informal videos and photos of our team, installs, etc. and to educate our target demographic on our core services and Elite Difference to share on social media
  • Coordinate professional videographer and photographer; work closely with them at onsite properties to achieve desired results
  • Manage our photo and video files

  • Pay Per Click and SEO Marketing
  • Manage Google ad word campaigns to grow lead generation
  • Review Google ad words report analytics
  • Basic website maintenance such as updating photos and content
  • Work with our website developer on more advanced website refreshes

OUTBOUND MARKETING (40% of the time)

  • Execute email marketing campaigns to our target demographics
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns with traditional forms of marketing such as gift basket drop-offs to open the door and create an opportunity for an introduction
  • Print advertising: identify print ad opportunities and coordinate print ads (Tribeza magazine, etc.)


Elite Austin is a fast-paced design company specializing in home staging, furniture rental, and design services. We are an industry leader currently searching for someone who has the following attributes:

  • Interest in real estate, design, and interiors
  • Prefer a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or Business
  • At least 2 years of professional setting experience
  • Knowledge of creating marketing strategies, digital marketing, and outbound marketing
  • Graphic design, photography, videography, and website maintenance skills
  • Well-versed in social media as a marketing tool
  • Experience with search engine optimization, Google ad words, lead generation, and email marketing
  • Copywriting skills
  • Must be assertive and passionate
  • Must perform many tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with Apple products, and Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word and PowerPoint, Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Ability to think outside of the box and problem solve effectively efficiently
  • Professional appearance
  • Must always be willing to learn


  • Full-Time, M-F, 8:30 am - 5 pm(schedule somewhat flexible, occasionally will need to attend a marketing event during evening / on weekend)
