We are currently hiring a digital marketing and lead generation manager. To be successful in this role, you’ll be strategic, accountable, and analytical. Your ability to manage and measure the customer acquisition funnel is vital. We have a position for someone who takes initiative. The right candidate can focus & identify the priorities and proactively get them done. It is imperative that applicants have experience working across a wide variety of marketing channels including paid, content, funnels, lifecycle marketing, and digital. You have bold ideas, and the skills to gather what you need to execute your plan. Prior real estate experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a multichannel digital marketing strategy that includes social media, email, search engine marketing, paid social, and marketing automation
  • Knowledge of websites including the ability to create pages, troubleshoot, and enhance the user experience
  • Experience using video and Youtube to generate leads
  • Manage our team website and develop interactive web content, infographics, video, and other
  • Measure and report performance of all web-based content using Google Analytics and CRM, proven work experience with CRM systems
  • Experience with social media analytics tools and advertising platforms
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or digital campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven practices in online marketing communication and measurement
  • Communicating regularly with the managers on key initiatives, challenges, and regional events
  • Manage and execute content creation on social media
  • Apply brand templates and quality control content across all marketing channels including email, digital and print advertising/ editorial, website design, and social media
  • Adhere, advocate, and implement all rules and regulations of the real estate commissions
  • Work with internal teams to plan, execute, and measure web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and digital campaigns
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create content and manage digital editorial calendars across various social media platforms
  • Assess performance against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Develop and execute lead generation strategy 
  • Define, budget, and execute paid media campaigns for customer acquisition across channels
  • Define and execute organic campaigns for customer acquisition
  • Oversee content creation for marketing including emails, product pages, and other marketing materials (case studies, e-books, email campaigns, blog, social, newsletters)
  • Define the strategy and launch a new product we are creating to acquire leads
  • Build a watertight lead follow-up program with sales and support sales enablement activities
  • Build a pipeline of all opportunities through managed accounts, new leads, and campaigns. Update on a weekly basis
  • Plan and execute client events

Qualifications

  • 5 + years experience in digital marketing, creative agency, or communications (field marketing preferred)
  • Experience with Google LSA and Google Business service
  • Social Media Management Experience
  • Prior real estate industry experience preferred
  • Ability to work on a team and individually
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Open to new ideas and can learn quickly
  • Oriented around building processes that increase efficiency and quality
  • Experience preparing budgets and working with KPI's

Compensation
$70,0000 - $80,000 yearly
