Applicants should have a well-developed capacity for coordinating and implementing marketing communication projects with responsibilities in social media, content creation, search engine marketing, advertising, brand stewardship, and special events management. Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within marketing, advertising, and real estate is critical. Creativity is required!

• Deliver social media content with a fresh approach and respond to all followers
• Produce new advertising and marketing campaigns that are relevant and optimized
• Arrange for and implement all team events, take photos and post highlights on social media
• Maintain website and tracking analytics assuring that content is consistently updated
• Shoot photos and videos, and edit them into posts for all social media platforms
• Streamline company materials and campaigns to ensure a consistent and concise message

• Bright, upbeat, energetic and have strong communication skills
• 2 or more years of experience in Digital Marketing and Content Creation
• Develop new concepts based on input
• Encourages and is open to innovative ideas and suggestions
• B.A. or B.S. in Marketing, Journalism, Business, or related major required
